Bring a #pot{} of salted water to a boil. Halve @grape tomatoes{10%unit}. Thinly slice @red onion{1%unit} and @cucumber{1%unit}. Cut @yukon potatoes{2%unit} into 1-inch cubes. Drain and rinse @chickpeas{1%can}.

Season @tuna{2%fillet} with @salt{} and @black pepper{}. Heat a #non-stick pan{} with @olive oil{1%tsp}. Sear the tuna for ~{2%minutes} on each side. Set aside on a #plate{}. Let it rest, then slice against the grain into ¼-inch slices.

Add @green beans{2%ounce} to the boiling water. Cook for ~{2%minutes}, until crisp-tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and add the potatoes. Cook for ~{10%minutes} to ~{12%minutes}, until easily pierced with a knife. Drain.

Make the dressing: take ¼ of the chickpeas and mash them in a #bowl{} with a fork. Add @dijon mustard{1%tsp}, the juice of half the @lemon{1%unit}, @salt{}, @black pepper{}, and @olive oil{1%tbsp}.

Arrange @spring mix{2%ounce} on a #plate{} with the green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumber, remaining chickpeas, and red onion.
